STOP: One should never use stimulant substances with aggressive athletic exercise. The vasoconstriction effects are thopposite of what your body needs under those circumstances, and the increased cardiac irritability is also a severe risk which could lead to arrhythmia and even heart attack. Just keep running and eating right - you'll lose the weight.

No two people . .: Technically speaking, Didrex is indicated to assist in the treatment of obesity. It is derived from the stimulant class of chemicals called amphetamines. It works to suppress the appetite, to reduce your calorie intake--which may be good for some people, but not so good for others. Every body is different. I would rec. that you discuss this with the doctor who knows your medical history best
