See oral surgeon: Mouth may be sore sometimes due to lack of moisture but both fingers and mouth going numb requires for patient to see MD ASAP. Good luck.

Seek help now: Combination of peripheral and central numbness is disconcerting. You probably need Neurologic exam. Call PCP or go to ER now, not tomorrow morning.
