Marine Fish Oil: lowers triglycerides. You need to use fish oil in which each capsule contains 50% or more of the combination of EPA & DHA and is purified. Check the label. One also heeds to take enough. One capsule won't do it. Please see a nutritionist or a nutrition-oriented doc. Peace and good health.
