Can mild tricuspid insufficiency cause air hunger & sob, especially when tired? my doc doesn't think so, my aunt (obgyn) does. unsure what to do?

Pulmonary: Mild TR should not cause those severe symptoms. Need a pulmonary evaluation including pulmonary function testing. Would also look into whether abnormal heart rhythms may be making the TR episodically worse, which might then cause those symptoms. Also need to rule out anemia or some other oxygen carrying capacity problem.

PH by echo w/ resting pressure @ 40, slight sleep apnea, treated mild asthma, BP 130/90, 78% TLC/PFT, 9 min treadmill stress test, doc says lower BP will help PH but no reason for RHC, SOB on exertion and resting for years. Clear lungs. Recommend???

Had doppler echocardiogram. Report says "mild aortic insufficiency andtrace tricuspid insufficiency". Doc says this is normal findings. Any worries?
