Had doppler echocardiogram. report says "mild aortic insufficiency andtrace tricuspid insufficiency". doc says this is normal findings. any worries?

Probably: For a woman of 49 years old, your results are probably not "clinically" significant . This means that although your results are not entirely normal, they (the mild aortic and trace tricuspid insufficiency) do not contribute to any of your symptoms in a significant way.

Doc wrote after the echocardiogram: aortic root, ascendens and arch normal. Does that mean u can exclude aneurysm in those places? also it was 2D echo
Had a doppler echo for evaluation of murmur. Looking at report says aortic, mitral, and tricuspid valve normal. But is says nothing about the pulmonic valve. Nothing at all. This normal?
Can u see all of the thoracic aorta with echocardiogram or just the root, ascendens and arch? if u ask the doc if ha can look at all of the aorta?
