High BP: High BP associated with headaches translates, at your age that something else is going on. Also, It might be an association with a migraine. Anyway a doctor's intervention is necessary. CT to R/O intracranial bleeding due to a congenital aneurysm would be indicated. The most benign would be some hormonal changes (testosterone inflow?) but this is only if you exclude the others
