Consider Ivf : With severe endometriosis you may wind up needing ivf. If so, a urologist can retrieve sperm without an expensive tubal reanastomosis and use those sperm to do ivf. You should meet with a reproductive endocrinologist and discuss this option before you schedule the reversal.

Bad Odds: Oh wow! my first question is how long has your husband had a vasectomy? If longer than 5 years, significant antibodies are produced immobilizing the sperm and making him effectively infertile. Only might icsi/ivf help in which case he would not need a reversal, they would just insert a needle and extract a specimen. Also very expensive and low yield. Endometriosis prevents fertilization also.
