Right upper abdomen: Your liver is on your right side below the ribs. The gallbladder is tucked under the liver. Right side abdominal pain, above the belly button is usually where it hurts with a bad gallbladder. Associated is bloating, nausea, worse after eating fatty foods. Be well.
