Yes: Two parts to your question: 1. chest pain - see your pcp right away or go to ER if necessary to rule out cardiac or other medical causes. 2. anxiety - get a thorough exam by pcp also to make sure there are no medical factors causing or contributing to your anxiety. Stress management is fine, but please get checked by your doctor. Take care.

Pertaining to Anxiety, ask yourself: • Severity of symptoms • Impairment of Functioning • Use of Alcohol or Drugs Based upon that, decide to have Stress Management, or see a Psychiatrist for Therapy, Consultation with Cardiologist or Medication.
