Not HIV. Cellulitis?: HIV doesn't cause leg pain or swollen lymph nodes in one location such as groin. And impossible to have HIV with symptoms at 8 weeks with negative HIV test. HIV definitely is not the cause of this problem. Maybe cellulitis (skin infection) or some other sort of inflammation in your leg? See doctor ASAP; if leg is sore or tender or you have fever, do it right now. You may need an antibiotic.
