Your thyroid must be: tested and this hormone must be brought into the normal range. This way,it will no longer affect your hair growth or texture. Then ,after a few months,if you still have a hair problem, see a Dermatologist.

Dermatologist: A dermatologist can evaluate the type of hair loss you have and give a prognosis as to whether it will regrow. Of course your thyroid condition has to be properly treated. If it is deemed that there is no medical explanation for your hair loss, consult a skilled hairdresser who will instruct you on proper hair care for your personal condition.
