No: Lactose intolerance is the result of missing the enzyme on the lining of your intestine that breaks down the lactose sugar. The undigested sugar passes into the colon where the colon's bacteria metabolize it, producing gases and free fatty acids that pull water into the intestine, resulting in diarrhea. An enema would only make that worse.
