Not normal, but...: ...not necessarily harmful. If your choamydia has caused cervicitis, the cervix may bleed. This happens especially after sex, but can happen on its own. (And of course you shouldn't have resumed sex this soon.) It takes a few days for azithromycin to work, so bleeding a day later isn't a concern. But if it's heavy or continues more than a few days, check back with the doctor treating you.
