In india i took azithromycin-1 gm for chlamydia, but just after it i ate two digene tablets(larger size) for acidity, can i have to repeat the course?

Maybe: Digene can decrease the absorption of the azithromycin. If there was at least 2 hours between the two medications, you should be ok. If there was less than 2 hours, you may need to repeat the azithromycin.
