I have a blood oxy reading of 73 and i have no breath and weak as a kitten, my lungs are clear heart checks ok but in pain due to a bad back condition, i would like your input. thanks ron?

Hypoxic Kitty see Dr: Pulse ox reading are normally 95 to 100. Under 90 is low. I do not know your baseline pulse ox. Maybe you have COPD? However with all of those symptoms I suggest you go to the ER to rule out life threatening conditions like Pulmonary Embolism, pneumonia, sepsis, heart attack, disseting aortic aneurysm, anemia or something else. Need pain treatment plan so less pain. They say cats have 9 lives.
