Can cutaneous candidiasis be quite difficult to get rid of if you live in a tropical country and sweat a lot? im using topical powders and creams.

Tinea is more likely: Candida doesn't often cause skin infection in adults. More likely it's another fungus like tinea, i.e. the type that causes jock itch and athlete's foot. There are effective creams and ointments you can buy over the counter. As you suggest, it's also important to keep the affected area dry, especially in skin creases (groin, inner thighs, undre breasts, etc), e.g. cornstarch or talc.

No. Easy cure: Use Lamisil (terbinafine) or Nizoral crem........it is easy to cure. Practice Ironing your undergarments.....that prevent recurrence.
