See a dr: The best way to treat skin issues is to see them in person. Plus it sounds like you might need antibiotics or some other treatment since it isn't healing on its own.

See your doctor: If the cyst was removed without closing the resulting post-excision defect then what you describe is in keeping with an open wound. This is usually left to heal by granulation (term used for wounds healing in from all sides). This can take up to 12 weeks. However, if the size & depth of the hole has not decreased in size by 50% by now then i would be concerned and have it checked. Hope this helps.
