Torn meniscus: you may have torn one of the structures in the knee joint called a meniscus. There are two,one on each side of the joint. They guide and cushion motion in the joint. You probably pinched one when you fell. They are attached to the inside of the knee joint and are pulling on the internal structures. See your PCP or an orthopedic surgeon. You may need an MRI of the knee as well.

Varies: Multiple potential causes, I would recommend being seen just to make sure you did not do something like tear a meniscus or your acl.
