I have fatigue,joint pain ,trouble breathing,cough,faint malar rash, headache and possibly fever , and sle , should i be worried could this be a flare?

Yes. Fatigue,: cough, facial malar rash and positive SLE history are worrisome for a flare up. Check with your internist or rheumatologist soon.
