I first had a kidney stone when i was 14 then recently at 19. both times i didn't pass them and i believe it was both kidneys. what could happen?

Pass or stuck: your kidney stone will pass eventually , but that depend on the size and location. if it is inside the kidney, a piece might brake off and try to pass with the urine. if it is sitting in the lip of the kidney, then if it is too large it might cause some king of obstruction which is painful, and could be dangerous. you need to see a urologist to check about the status of your kidney function.
