No kidney infection or stones but have urination up to 30 times a day what's causing that to happen ?

4 issues including:: (a) Bladder control; failure to empty bladder (healthy up to ≥250 cc before feeling need to void & <5 cc after voiding), (b) bladder irritation for another unidentified basis, (c) &/or focus/anxiety about bladder issues (protection/distraction from other unacceptable issues?) along with (D) total daily fluid volume intake because daily output must match daily intake, else become edematous.
