Pleuritic pain: Sounds like something lining the lung is inflamed and/or infected. It should hurt a lot more if you should cough. If you have been injured then it could be muscle or bone pain. There are several possibilities, and they all need to be eliminated or treated promptly. You should be examined and have an x-ray, today if possible. Good luck!
