Possibly: Depending on how the abortion was done one of the risks is infertility. Scar tissue can sometimes form in the uterus, making it difficult for an embryo to implant. However, most women do not have difficulty concieving after an abortion. Since you have concieved in the past, you may concieve again. You should contact your physician if you have not concieved in 12 months.
