Various things: An acquired Right Bundle Branch Block (RBBB) may be from a heart attack, a infection (viral or bacterial), or from hypertension. Infrequently a blood clot from the lungs (a PE), may cause a RBBB.

Rbbb : Some causes of RBBB would be structural heart disease, ischemia, increase right ventricular pressure and iatrogenic (physician cAused) causes. For you, I wouldn't worry to much unless you are symptomatic.
