Possibly: Lisinopril is in a class of medicines called ACE inhibitors and they are given to control high blood pressure. One of its side effects is that it can cause hyperkalemia (increased potassium levels in the blood). You should have your blood potassium level monitored to see if your potassium level is too high. Why are you taking a potassium supplement? Are you also on a diuretic making you pee out

POSSIBLY: Lisinopril is known to often raise your potassium level. Taking additional potassium, if your potassium is already high can lead to serious issues. Avoid supplement if your last potassium level was already high. Otherwise have your potassium levels checked out regularly.
