Vertigo: 62 y/o female says, First thing in am open eyes...room spinning when change position; exhausted 2+ days after. Known as Vertigo, usually due to infection/ inflammation of the middle/inner ear. Usually Viral but can be Bacterial also. Best to see M.D for management.
