Unlikely: Did you have unprotected sex since you last period? If not, there is nothing to worry about pregnancy. If you did the tests correctly and pregnancy test was negative at one month after missed period, you very unlikely to be pregnant. At two months in a normal pregnancy, it would be too early to see a lump. You may see your doctor for an evaluation and ultrasound if needed. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.
