Late period: May be too early for the home preg test to be positive, needs to be about 1 week after your period should have occurred. May consider blood HCG, could also be variation , stress, infection, thyroid . Try blood HCG or repeat in1 week , consider sonogram if persists negative f/u with doc /urgent care
