Since december my periods changed to bright red and they are more watery, i've got pregnancy symptoms but blood and urine symptoms are negative. yesterday my period pains were painful and my stomach felt hard on the right side. ?

Abn periods: Would follow up with gyn for assessment for vaginal infection versus low grade pelvic inflammatory disease .Check for Chlamydia, BV, mycoplasma, ureoplasma. Would repeat or get blood pregnancy test and rarely if persists consider ultrasound to assess status of uterus, ovaries, tubes like inflammation, polyps, fibroids, cysts
