Multiple things: eat and sleep well, keep alcohol to a minimum.Read more and do things that challenge your memory on a regular basis, like puzzles, math problems, and other types of mentally stimulating games that you enjoy. Limit TV and video game time and use all your senses to help you remember things. Read up on other things you can do to preserve and enhance memory.
