Improving memory: Healthful diet; no club drugs; limit alcohol; no smoking. Get adequate rest; control stress; repetition of material helps retain it; use visual stimuli (different colors for degree of importance/dates/etc) special symbols for important data; memorize poems, etc to prepare brain for new material. Games like lumosity; chess; go teach logic, advance planning. Omega-3's may help; exercise.
