The commonest prob--: Lem is most likely tennis elbow (lat epicondylitis), with pain on the outer aspect of lower end of the upper arm (humerus) bone. Golfer's elbow (med epicodylitis) is not so common, with pain on inner aspect at lower end of the humerus. Pain meds that you are taking, with elbow strap, pt with massage/stretching exercises would be beneficial. Steroid or prp shots are helpful. See an orthopodist.
