No: Bone chips don't migrate far from where they separated from bone. Yes, they can float around if in joint, but they won't move from toe to foot. Assuming that you're asking b/c your foot now hurts after sustaining injury to toe, perhaps pain is from change in walking mechanics to adjust for injured toe. Chat w/your Family Doc or Podiatrist.
