Where to start: More Information is essential, but it prob is bad reflux (usually worse lying down lying down simply to gravity).sounds like w/hiatal hernia (see pic) which can be more sx'atic.Often chron cough and hoarse voice from food going "wrong way" into breath tube & irritate voc cords.PPIs should help, but need to see GI and/or ENTI to check for more advanced damage.Oth poss dx but w/out eval this fits
