It can.: If you are having excessive pain, your autonomic system can get affected. It is possible vertigo and unusual skin rash/color is related to neck condition. It is best to ask your primary care to review your symptoms all together.

Cervicogenic Vertigo: Vertigo is a not too uncommon symptoms related to neck problems, such as herniated discs of the neck. Vertigo is caused by neck stiffness/loss of motion, and/or closing of the vertebral arteries from slipped discs, slipping bones, and/or other affect upon the path of these arteries. Generally, neck vertigo is called "cervicogenic" vertigo and is usually worse with certain movements.
