No: A pinched nerve in the neck would not effect the ribs or dorsal spine area.

Not typically: As a spine specialist, i can say that this is not a typical radiating pattern for cervical nerves. Other possibilities would be myofascial trigger points, cervical facet referred pain, rib "subluxation/fixation", etc.
