OK: Two diclofenac a day is fine for cramps or headaches. Menstrual pain is very individual. Tylenol (acetaminophen) should work but usually doesn't. Some women get relief from ibuprofen. For others, it's diclofenac. The only problem with the headaches would be if the headaches were daily. Then, control should be sought with other medications.

It's ok: This medication is marked for treatment of moderate to severe pain - including painful periods. Just follow your MDs directions. Monitor for abd pain or excessive bleeding or bruising. No not mix with alcohol. You having increased risks of stomach acid problems and if you have cardiac issues you may be at increase risk of heart attacks. Consult your MD if you use frequently.
