Is it harmful if i pop two tabs of dichlofenac in a day? i get splitting headaches and aspirin never helps. can diclofenac be used for menstrual pain?

OK: Two diclofenac a day is fine for cramps or headaches. Menstrual pain is very individual. Tylenol (acetaminophen) should work but usually doesn't. Some women get relief from ibuprofen. For others, it's diclofenac. The only problem with the headaches would be if the headaches were daily. Then, control should be sought with other medications.
