Talk to your doctor : Read the book, "The China Study". Dr. Campbell makes a very strong case for a whole food diet of fresh fruits and vegetables. No dairy and no meat (no animal protein). Beans and nuts for protein source. This is a Vegan diet. This is the best diet for a healthy heart.
