That's a lot!: That's quite a constellation of symptoms that don't make a lot of sense. Certainly the swollen lymph node in the neck can cause neck and shoulder pain. Do you have any swollen lymph nodes in the arm pit or lumps in the breast? Are you having fever? I would definitely recommend evaluation by your Family Doctor.
