Probably OK: The measurements on an ultrasound can be plus or minus several days. They will probably do another scan in a week or two to make sure that he is growing. I wouldn't be alarmed at this point but would continue to follow up as directed by your OB. Continue eating a healthy diet, don't smoke or drink, get plenty of sleep.
