Nodule: there is likely a nodule with irregular shape or border. This is very common. The size is very small. no need to worry at this point. Likely all you need is another ultrasound 1 year from now to make sure it's not growing. Chances are it will stay the same. Good luck. Don't poo poo it away but no need to excessively worry. just follow it.
