Needs bloodwork.: I'd recommend her for some blood testing. Some inflammatory conditions can affect younger children and can contribute to the symptoms you describe. Maybe vitamin deficiencies as well.

Could be fungus: could be dyshidrotic eczema. The sweating can be setting up the environment for the fungus if it is a fungus.
