Maybe: It should be diagnosed as heartburn. Women with heart disease can have very vague symptoms. Stop exercising for now, see your physician.

Yes: Heartburn is caused by acid backing up from the stomach into the esophagus (tube connecting the mouth to the stomach) - it doesn't actually have anything to do with the heart. So, exercise is safe. But you may find that certain activities which increase pressure on the abdomen (sit-ups, crunches, hanging upside-down or get hit in the stomach) can push more stomach acid up and increase symptoms.

Yes...: as long as it's truly heartburn. Angina can feel like heartburn at times. If the feeling of heartburn worsens with exercise it must be considered as possibly related to the heart and should be investigated as such first and foremost. As long as it's truly heartburn then it's safe to exercise; weight loss will reduce symptoms of heartburn.
