Which is better for arrthymia....lopressor (metoprolol tartrate) or nadolol. both doctors i seen have different opinions. not sure who i should believe.

Arrhythmia : They do the same thing, Nadolol has a longer half time than metoprolol. Some drs. Prefer the longer half time, some don't. Mostly a matter of preference.
