It : It depends on what your heart rate and blood pressure are since this medication affects both. There are some patients on 75mg and others who can't tolerate more than a very small dose. If your heart rate and blood pressure were already low to begin with then you may have problems. The symptoms to watch for are lightheadedness, dizziness, loss of consciousness, or excessive fatigue. The medication typically lasts around 12 hours. Certainly if you are having any of the above symptoms you should seek medical attention and do not drive. If you are concerned you can also call you primary physician's office who should have someone on call to speak with. You can also call your local poison control center.
