Not a cold sore: A sore that doesn't heal and doesn't hurt or itch doesn't sound like a simple cold sore. This is more worrisome and you need to see a doctor and possibly have a biopsy to be sure what is going on. Sores that don't heal can be cancerous and early treatment can be life saving. Be safe.
