I woke up with with what looks like could be the start of a black eye right in the corner (by my nose) and just below my one eye. blue/red in color. not sensitive to touch or anything. just appeared. my blood pressure is fine but i am hyperthyroid right

Not related: Anyone can get a broken blood vessel near eye. At times from rubbing (allergies) and times removing make-up... But no connection to thyroid.

Black eye: The black eye may be due to trauma during sleep. This occurs and is more common in patients on blood thinners. This should resolve in 1-2 weeks.
