Not sure what you: mean by "a sick bug," but if you mean she was vomiting, then it sounds like she might have a gastrointestinal virus ("stomach bug"). If she has fever, she can have acetaminophen. For the stools, try to give her a more binding diet, stay off dairy and lots of fluids. Have her seen by her doctor if she is not eating/drinking or not getting better.
