Not for this: Midcycle bleeding is not what endometrial ablation is designed to treat. This is most likely "ovulation spotting" caused by the affects of the inflammatory chemicals from ovulation having an effect on the uterine lining. Endometrial ablation is used to treat heavy menstrual bleeding, but obese 37 yo patients are at increased risk for failed endometrial ablation.

Be cautious: While all testing may be all "negative" ie nothing that shows cancer, an ablation involves burning the inside of the uterus causing scarring and "glueing" together of the walls of the uterus ; this makes it difficult to figure out any bleeding in the future.
