Bleeding between me: Menstruation could be due to hormonal changes, infection or a small vaginal or uterine lesion. The only way to tell for sure is to have a gynecological exam.Make an appointment to have one.

Spotting: Check HCG if 5 weeks since last period ( is not positive till about a week after period was suppose to occur). May also be dysfunction from polyps, fibroids, or may be infection ( mycoplasma/ureoplasma). Would consider sonogram to check ovaries and ectopic. if not pregnant check PAP Follow up with doctor.
